Welcome Families! Below you will find current information if you wish to enroll your child(ren) at MCS. Please follow the steps outlined: 

  1. Please read "Prospective Parent letter" Found Here 
  2. Complete the Intent to Enroll Google Form
  3. You will receive confirmation of enrollment on the third Thursday in April.

New Students:
Below you will find student information and registration documents for new students wishing to enroll in MCS. To get started on the enrollment process, please first fill out the "Intent to Enroll" form above. The forms below are for office use, and are not needed until the first day of school.

New & Returning Students: 
All students will receive a "Back to School" packet in early August. This packet will contain our updated handbook as well as any paperwork that needs to be returned to MCS on the first day of school. These documents are also available below.
